As a child, I can remember my tricycle or bicycle expanding my world. My range increased because I imagined my bike to be the car, or train, or airplane that helped my imagination soar. The only things that enhanced that experience were my friends, who imagined along with me, and the equipment we carried. Today that equipment can encourage young imaginations, but it also needs to be safe. As an adult, I get out of the way of any kids peddling down the sidewalk in my direction. That, and this helmet, are my contributions to their imagination.
